We got these Kabosu for 98yen a bag in Oita!
Took it to Kobe, and made jam.
We decided to follow recipe for the first time...I looked for super easy and quick recipe, but all of them required over night of soaking skin in the water... so we did.
Next day, chop chop everything
boil everything.as usual, we stopped following the instruction, and used black sugar...
It's not green, but it's kabosu jam for sure!?

He has bunch of rice growing rice front of the house.He said it could get handful of rice, if he can beat the birds!
