This is natural water spring. Cleanest natural water I've ever seen!
6Ton of water springs out every... I forgot how long, but it was a lot!
And so tasty~

Went to Soba Dojo!

Where there are no size for matt....

First, we listen to the pro

mix 80 : 20 Soba : flour and water.
never mush!

While we are working hard, they already had soba done by pro~
gently flatten

Use Stick, and make it bigger

Cut with giant knife!

And read to eat!
Different thickness, but it's OK.

Then we headed up and up and up the mountain

In middle of nowhere, Yamaguchi Ryokan was there.
This Inn has been around for over 120 years!

We walked down little more,

And hot spring all for us!
(till few more people showed up at the end...)
