time to cook

salmon and shiitake pilaf
and
cucumber chicken salad with ume dressing

problem: did not have a lot of ingredients listed on the recipe...

problem: used brown rice,
but cooking time used for white rice...

this was ok

naah on taste, but i covered it with lot o love!
